Booking a private trip to the Ouzoud Waterfalls with us takes a few minutes and costs nothing until you agree to the price. You send a request, we reply the same day with availability and your total, and you pay a 50% deposit only once you are happy with it.
Booking step by step
1. Choose your offer
Pick the day that suits you:
- Private transport: return trip with a driver and free time at the falls.
- Private Ouzoud tour: vehicle plus a local guide for the walk and viewpoints.
- Premium private day: guide, boat ride and lunch at a selected restaurant, all included.
You can add the boat ride and lunch to the first two. Not sure? Leave it open in your request and tell us who is travelling.
2. Choose your date, travellers and pickup
Give us the date, the number of adults and the ages of any children, and where you are staying in Marrakech. Group size sets the vehicle: a minivan for 1 to 7 people, a minibus for 8 to 17.
3. Send your request
Use the online form or WhatsApp. No payment is taken at this stage and the request does not commit you.
4. We confirm availability and send your total
We reply the same day with availability and the total price for your vehicle, in writing, with what is included and what is not.
5. Pay the 50% deposit
If you accept, you pay a 50% deposit online by PayPal, or by bank card through PayPal.
6. Receive your confirmation and voucher
Once the deposit is received, we send your booking confirmation and voucher by email. Keep it on your phone.
7. Your driver contacts you the day before
Your driver writes to you on WhatsApp the day before the trip to confirm the pickup time and the exact meeting point.
8. The day of the trip
Your driver picks you up, usually around 8:00. You pay the balance in cash to the driver on the day. Free cancellation applies up to 48 hours before the trip, with the deposit refunded in full. See our pricing page for the detail.
Booking on WhatsApp
Many travellers prefer to book from their phone. Write to us on WhatsApp at +212 661 454 738. To get an answer quickly, put everything in the first message. For example:
Hello, we would like a private Ouzoud trip on [date] for [number] adults and [number] children aged [ages]. We are staying at [hotel or riad name, address] in Marrakech. We are interested in the [transport / guided tour / premium] offer, with [boat ride / lunch / no options]. Could you send us the total price? Thank you.

Last-minute requests
You can ask for a trip at short notice, including the next day; it depends on whether a vehicle and driver are free. For anything short notice, WhatsApp is the fastest channel. Send your date, group size and pickup place in your first message and we will tell you quickly whether it is possible.
Groups over 17 people
Our largest vehicle is a 17-seat minibus. If your group is larger, tell us the exact number and your date in your request. We will let you know what we can arrange for that day before you commit to anything.
