Ouzoud Waterfalls Trip Prices: How Our Pricing Works

• One price per vehicle for the whole group

Our Ouzoud trips are priced per vehicle, for your whole group. You do not pay a seat in a shared bus: you pay for a private vehicle with its driver, plus whatever your offer includes. We do not publish figures yet because the total depends on a few choices you make, so we confirm your exact price in writing, usually the same day, before any payment.

Here is how the price is built, what is always included, what never is, and how to get your total.

What changes the price

Four things set your total:

1. The offer. Private transport is the simplest: return trip with a driver and free time at the falls. The private Ouzoud tour adds a local guide at the falls. The premium private day includes the guide, the boat ride and lunch at a selected restaurant.
2. Your group size, which sets the vehicle. A minivan carries 1 to 7 people, a minibus 8 to 17. The vehicle price stays the same whatever the number of people inside it.
3. Options. On the transport and tour offers, you can add the boat ride and lunch, and a local guide on the transport offer. Some options, such as lunch, may depend on the number of people.
4. Pickup outside Marrakech centre. Pickup in Marrakech is part of every offer. A pickup further out is possible on request and may change the total.

The date does not need a long explanation: tell us when you want to go and we confirm availability with the price.

What is included, offer by offer

Entry to the Ouzoud falls site is free, so there is no ticket to add.

Always included, never included

Always included in every offer: a private vehicle and driver for your group only, pickup at your hotel in Marrakech (or the nearest gate if you stay in a medina riad, see riad pickup), the drive there and back, and the time at the falls.

Never included: tips for the driver and guide, which are entirely up to you, drinks and personal purchases. Anything outside your chosen offer is also extra, for example lunch on the transport offer if you did not add it.

Why per-vehicle pricing is good value for families and groups

With a per-person price, a family of five pays five times. With a per-vehicle price, the minivan costs the same for two travellers or for seven. The more seats you fill, the lower the cost for each person. The same applies to the minibus for larger groups of friends or several families travelling together, up to 17 people.

It also means no strangers in your vehicle, no waiting for other hotels on the way, and a day that follows your pace: stops when the children need them, more time at the viewpoints if you want it.

Deposit, balance and cancellation

• Deposit: 50% of the total, paid online by PayPal or by bank card through PayPal, once you have accepted the written total.
• Balance: paid in cash to your driver on the day of the trip.
• Free cancellation: up to 48 hours before the trip, the deposit is refunded in full.
• Late cancellation or no-show: the deposit is not refunded.
• Weather: if a storm or a closed road makes the trip unsafe, you choose between a new date and a full refund of the deposit.

How to get your exact total

Send us your date, the number of adults and children, where you are staying in Marrakech, the offer you prefer and any options. You can use the booking request form, with no payment at that stage, or write to us on WhatsApp at +212 661 454 738.

We reply the same day with availability and the total for your vehicle, in writing. You pay the deposit only once you agree. If you are unsure which offer suits you, tell us who is travelling and what you would like to do at Ouzoud, and we will suggest one. Other questions are answered in the FAQ.
